PHASE FOUR (NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OF THE COLLEGE'S DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE STATEMENT)
Non-compliance will result in the following:
a. The student or employee will be required to participate actively in a drug or alcohol abuse or rehabilitation program approved by federal, state, or local enforcement agencies (see Schedule B following).
b. Community service
c. Suspension or Termination of enrollment or employment.
