After Applying

Sit back and wait to be contacted by the Admissions Director. You will receive correspondence by mail advising one of the following:

1. Acceptance to CCMS 

Accepted applicants have completed all entrance requirements. The following will be enclosed in our correspondence:

  • Letter of acceptance
  • Student Enrollment Guide containing:
    • Important new student information
    • Policies you will keep for your records
    • Forms you will complete and submit
    • Lab Assistant application (optional)

2. Provisional acceptance to CCMS

Provisionally accepted applicants have completed most, but not all, entrance requirements. The following will be enclosed with correspondence:

  • Letter of provisional acceptance
  • List of requirements you still need to complete
  • Student Enrollment Guide containing:
    • Important new student information
    • Policies you will keep for your records
    • Forms you will complete and submit
    • Lab Assistant application (for accepted students only)

It is the applicant’s responsibility to stay in contact with us. Once you have completed all requirements, you will need to submit evidence of this  to the Admissions Director.

3. Ineligibility for admission to CCMS

Ineligible applicants have not successfully met entrance requirements. You are encouraged to contact the CCMS Admissions Director to determine whether successful completion of entrance requirements could be a possibility in the future.
