About Course

This sixty minute online course highlights the essentials of communicating effectively with the bereaved. Topics include: Defining Grief, Communication Styles and Influencers, Communicating and Conveying Empathy, Importance of First Contact, Setting the Stage for Success, and more!

Course Layout

Includes a brief Introduction video and four 10-minute lesson videos, each concluded by a two question quiz. Must complete each video lesson and two question quiz to progress to next lesson.

75% pass score (6 of 8 total questions answered correctly)
