We are looking for a full-time apprentice/intern for Ottawa Funeral Home. We have 2 locations, Ottawa Funeral Home & Crematory in Ottawa, IL and Osborne-Nelson Funeral Home in Seneca, IL. We offer competitive salary and a place to live, rent free. Other aspects/specifications can be discussed during the interview.
Job responsibilities:
Some intern duties include: paperwork, assisting funeral directors in embalming/arrangements/preparation/etc, crematory operations, light lawn care, light housekeeping inside (vacuuming/setting up chapels/etc), night/day removals, flexible on-call schedule.
