Job responsibilities:
This position requires that the right candidate complete all of the normal and expected duties of a Funeral Director/ Embalmer who is also a Location Manager, including, but not limited to: Removals, Transfers, Embalming and Prep, Meeting with Families, Making all Arrangements for funeral and/ or cremation, Directing Funerals, Graveside and Memorial Services. Team members are also part of the on-call team and will be expected to fulfill those duties on scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays.

This position will be fabulous for a current licensee in Kansas, or one who can reciprocate to Kansas easily (A.S. degree required). This family-owned firm is well-established, and is in a small town. The previous Location Manager/ Director is retiring, and the owner would like to have someone living in this small community full-time to serve the local residents. It is a perfect fit for the candidate who wants to live in a smaller community and really become well-acquainted with the community members that he or she will serve.
