High school diploma or equivalent ● Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (must be able to be insured by our insurance) ● Ability to lift and maneuver heavy weights (up to 200 lbs.) ● Professional demeanor and appearance ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job responsibilities:
● Safely transport decedents from various locations to designated destinations ● Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the handling and transport of human remains ● Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and compassion in all interactions ● Complete required documentation accurately and promptly ● Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of transport vehicles and equipment ● Communicate effectively with families, healthcare professionals, and funeral home staff
