Job responsibilities:
Provide general assistance to funeral directors and other staff as needed. Assist with funeral home preparations before visitations, services, and events. Greet families and guests at doors, help direct visitors to the right place during visitations and services. Maintain the appearance of the funeral home including but not limited to the chapel, restrooms, and common areas. Assist with setting up and taking down equipment when needed (IE flower stands, music stands, chairs) Answer telephone calls and assist with basic administrative duties when assigned. Help maintain supplies and ensure the facility is properly stocked. Assist with parking and directing traffic when necessary. Assist licensed personnel at our Care Center Assist in maintaining prep room cleanliness and sterility of all tables, instruments, and equipment per OSHA and health regulations Perform other duties as assigned by management.
