Accessing & How to Use OWL
The Ohio Web Library may be accessed by all Ohio residents as well as by anyone using a computer or mobile device in Ohio, free of charge.
- Click here for the OWL's homepage. You will be able to search many of the resources at one time.
- When you attempt to access a resource, OWL will prompt you with a pop-up "OPLIN wants to know your location." for your location, and if you are using internet in Ohio, it will auto-log you in. If not, you will need to provide a Ohio Public Library Card number in the login page.
