Valid current driver's license for the State of Ohio
Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
Knowledge of computers and funeral service-related software

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team

Job responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Perform embalming and other mortuary tasks in accordance with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations
Liaise with arrangers to understand the needs and preferences, and ensure that all preparations are carried out accordingly
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including proper care and storage of personal effects and other items belonging to client families
Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exemplary customer service
