Job responsibilities:
This position requires that the right candidate complete all of the normal and expected duties of a Funeral Director/ Embalmer including, but not limited to: Removals, Transfers, Embalming and Prep, Meeting with Families, Making all Arrangements for funeral and/ or cremation, Directing Funerals, Graveside and Memorial Services. Team members are also part of the on-call team and will be expected to fulfill those duties on scheduled nights, weekends, and holidays.

This 3-location firm in beautiful North Carolina is looking for one additional funeral professional to join their existing team. The right person will be able to work primarily at 1 location, and assist at the other 2 nearby locations, as needed. The firm serves a large number of military veterans and their families, as well as other retirees who have settled in the area. The cities served are all smaller-to-mid-sized communities but with great housing and entertainment options nearby due to their strong growth in recent years.
